The majority of our clients find that a Hybrid mix of the two types of sessions works best for them. The time saving convenience of online sessions allows for more frequent contact mixed in with the occasional weekly / monthly in person session to give that in person touch and test out your progress with more varied challenges using the equipment at our facility.
All sessions are booked in 1 hour time slots but usually range anywhere from 45 minutes to 75 minutes, depending on your needs on the day. We do this so that we can optimise your progress, some days we may be making really important progress and we wouldn’t want to have to cut it short due to the clock. On other days you may be tired or taking on a harder challenge and we wouldn’t want to unnecessarily drag it out and fatigue you more for the same reason. Its all part of our Holistic Approach to ensure you get exactly what you need!
Prices start from £15/session depending on the frequency and commitment of the sessions chosen. That is why we need to get to know you in a free consultation session so we can get to understand your goals and schedule so we can build a plan that works around your lifestyle!
In-Person Sessions (with same image as the store thumbnail to the RIGHT of this text)Our in-person one-to-one sessions take place at our custom-built personal gym studio located in Loughborough, UK. It has all the equipment we need to customize exercises exactly to your needs, building fun and interesting challenges. It is also completely private, so no crowded gym floors or waiting for equipment, just you and your trainer.
Online Coaching (with same image as the store thumbnail to the LEFT of this text)Our Online Coaching Sessions take place via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. Online Coaching allows you to train from home or at any location of your convenience, saving you travel time and expenses. Due to our focus on functional exercises, you don’t require much equipment in order to achieve your goals. It just takes the knowledge of how create scalable progressions to improvise using the world around you, and that is exactly what we are here to teach you.
